Privacy Policy

GuruLK is an app for private tuition teachers, published by Adzoi. This policy explains what happens to the information you put into GuruLK. In short: it stays on your phone.

Everything stays on your phone

The students, classes, institutes, photos, attendance and payments you enter are stored only on your phone. GuruLK has no account, no sign-in and no server. We (Adzoi) cannot see, collect or receive any of it.

No data collected

GuruLK has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The Android app does not have permission to use the internet. QR codes are read on your phone, without sending anything anywhere.

Subscriptions and payments

After a 30-day free trial, GuruLK is a paid subscription. Payments are made through Google Play. GuruLK and Adzoi never see your card or payment details. GuruLK asks Google Play on your phone whether your subscription is active; that check stays between your phone and Google Play, under Google's privacy policy.

Camera and photos

The camera is used to scan students' QR cards and, if you choose, to take a student's photo. You can also choose a photo from your gallery. Photos are saved inside GuruLK on your phone only.

Notifications

Class and fee reminders are created on your phone. They are not sent from a server.

WhatsApp, calls and maps

When you send a QR card, a fee reminder or a group invite, GuruLK opens WhatsApp (or another app you choose) with the message ready. You check it and send it yourself. Those apps follow their own privacy policies. The same applies when you open directions in a maps app or call someone.

Backups

A backup is a file you create and save wherever you choose (for example Google Drive, WhatsApp or a computer). Anyone with that file can restore its contents, so keep it safe. Your phone's own automatic backup (for example Google backup) may also include GuruLK's data; that backup follows Google's or Apple's terms.

Your responsibility for student information

You decide what student information to enter, and you are responsible for it. Only enter what you need, keep your phone locked, and delete students who have left if you no longer need their details.

Deleting your data

You can delete a student, or uninstall GuruLK to delete everything on the phone. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete.

Children

GuruLK is for teachers, not for students. It is not meant to be used by children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.

GuruLK යනු Adzoi විසින් ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කරන ලද, පෞද්ගලික ටියුෂන් ගුරුවරුන් සඳහා වූ යෙදුමකි. ඔබ GuruLK වෙත ඇතුළත් කරන තොරතුරුවලට කුමක් සිදුවේද යන්න මෙම ප්‍රතිපත්තිය පැහැදිලි කරයි. කෙටියෙන්: ඒවා ඔබේ දුරකථනයේම පවතී.

සියල්ල ඔබේ දුරකථනයේම පවතී

ඔබ ඇතුළත් කරන සිසුන්, පන්ති, ආයතන, ඡායාරූප, පැමිණීම සහ ගෙවීම් ගබඩා වන්නේ ඔබේ දුරකථනයේ පමණි. GuruLK සඳහා ගිණුමක්, පුරනය වීමක් හෝ සේවාදායකයක් නැත. අපට (Adzoi) ඒවායින් කිසිවක් දැකීමට, එකතු කිරීමට හෝ ලබා ගැනීමට නොහැක.

කිසිදු දත්තයක් එකතු නොකෙරේ

GuruLK හි විශ්ලේෂණ, දැන්වීම් හෝ ලුහුබැඳීම් නැත. Android යෙදුමට අන්තර්ජාලය භාවිත කිරීමට අවසර නැත. QR කේත කියවනු ලබන්නේ ඔබේ දුරකථනයේම, කිසිවක් කොතැනකටවත් යැවීමකින් තොරවය.

දායකත්ව සහ ගෙවීම්

දින 30ක නොමිලේ අත්හදා බැලීමෙන් පසු GuruLK ගෙවිය යුතු දායකත්වයකි. ගෙවීම් Google Play හරහා සිදු වේ. GuruLK හෝ Adzoi කිසිවිටෙක ඔබේ කාඩ්පත් හෝ ගෙවීම් විස්තර නොදකී. ඔබේ දායකත්වය සක්‍රිය දැයි GuruLK ඔබේ දුරකථනයේ Google Play වෙතින් විමසයි; එම පරීක්ෂාව Google හි පෞද්ගලිකත්ව ප්‍රතිපත්තිය යටතේ ඔබේ දුරකථනය සහ Google Play අතර පමණක් සිදු වේ.

කැමරාව සහ ඡායාරූප

සිසුන්ගේ QR කාඩ්පත් ස්කෑන් කිරීමට සහ ඔබ කැමති නම් සිසුවෙකුගේ ඡායාරූපයක් ගැනීමට කැමරාව භාවිත වේ. ඔබට ගැලරියෙන් ඡායාරූපයක් තෝරා ගැනීමටද හැකිය. ඡායාරූප සුරැකෙන්නේ ඔබේ දුරකථනයේ GuruLK තුළ පමණි.

දැනුම්දීම්

පන්ති සහ ගාස්තු මතක් කිරීම් සාදනු ලබන්නේ ඔබේ දුරකථනයේමය. ඒවා සේවාදායකයකින් එවනු නොලැබේ.

WhatsApp, ඇමතුම් සහ සිතියම්

ඔබ QR කාඩ්පතක්, ගාස්තු මතක් කිරීමක් හෝ සමූහ ආරාධනාවක් යවන විට, GuruLK පණිවිඩය සූදානම් කර WhatsApp (හෝ ඔබ තෝරන වෙනත් යෙදුමක්) විවෘත කරයි. ඔබ එය පරීක්ෂා කර ඔබම යවයි. එම යෙදුම් ඒවායේම පෞද්ගලිකත්ව ප්‍රතිපත්ති අනුගමනය කරයි. සිතියම් යෙදුමක මඟ පෙන්වීම් විවෘත කරන විට හෝ යමෙකුට අමතන විටද එසේමය.

උපස්ථ

උපස්ථයක් යනු ඔබ සාදා ඔබ කැමති තැනක (උදා: Google Drive, WhatsApp හෝ පරිගණකයක්) සුරකින ගොනුවකි. එම ගොනුව ඇති ඕනෑම අයෙකුට එහි අන්තර්ගතය ප්‍රතිසාධනය කළ හැකි බැවින් එය ආරක්ෂිතව තබා ගන්න. ඔබේ දුරකථනයේම ස්වයංක්‍රීය උපස්ථයටද (උදා: Google උපස්ථය) GuruLK දත්ත ඇතුළත් විය හැකිය; එම උපස්ථය Google හෝ Apple හි නියමයන් අනුගමනය කරයි.

සිසුන්ගේ තොරතුරු සඳහා ඔබේ වගකීම

ඇතුළත් කළ යුතු සිසු තොරතුරු තීරණය කරන්නේ ඔබ වන අතර ඒ සඳහා ඔබ වගකිව යුතුය. ඔබට අවශ්‍ය දේ පමණක් ඇතුළත් කරන්න, ඔබේ දුරකථනය අගුළු දමා තබන්න, සහ ඉවත්ව ගිය සිසුන්ගේ විස්තර තවදුරටත් අවශ්‍ය නැත්නම් ඔවුන් මකන්න.

ඔබේ දත්ත මැකීම

ඔබට සිසුවෙකු මැකිය හැකිය, නැතහොත් දුරකථනයේ ඇති සියල්ල මැකීමට GuruLK අස්ථාපනය කළ හැකිය. අපට කිසිවිටෙක ඔබේ දත්ත නොලැබෙන බැවින්, අපට මැකීමට කිසිවක් නැත.

ළමයින්

GuruLK ගුරුවරුන් සඳහා මිස සිසුන් සඳහා නොවේ. එය ළමයින් භාවිත කිරීමට අදහස් කර නැත.

වෙනස්කම්

මෙම ප්‍රතිපත්තිය වෙනස් වුවහොත්, නව සංස්කරණය නව බලපැවැත්වෙන දිනයක් සමඟ මෙම පිටුවේ පළ කෙරේ.
